Conducts onboarding, training, and offboarding of editors and editorial board members develops resources and other training materialsĤ. Monitors and reports on progress against journal targets on editorial board diversity and expansion, taking appropriate actions to fill gapsģ. ![]() Develops and implements strategies in partnership with Journal Development Specialists to identify, vet, and recruit various types of editors and editorial board members prepares profiles on suitable editorial board candidatesĢ. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:ġ. The role reports to the Director, Integrity and Engagement and has no direct reports. The Editorial Outreach Specialist is responsible for delivering on strategies to build editorial engagement, including editor recruitment, training, resources, and rewards and promoting research integrity, publishing ethics, and EDIA (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility) across CSP journals, including management of ethics cases(from investigation through resolution).
